Worship artist and songwriter, Andrea Okwu, has a long history in music. At an early age, she knew her calling in life was to lead in worship. Seeking out the creative that God has placed in each of us, Andrea pursues excellence in bringing praise and worship to the Father.

Throughout her teenage years, Andrea ministered in churches throughout the South and continued to push others to be transformed by the grace and mercy of Jesus. Growing up in small-town Pisgah, AL she attended Pisgah Baptist Church. While there, Andrea feels that the foundation of worship was instilled in her. Her love to connect to music and write songs is what her true passion continues to be.

Her desire is for others to experience God in a fresh way and to feel His love above all else. The sensitivity and intent in her intimate vocals pushes others to take time to hear His voice. Currently, she along with her husband, Johnny, serve churches throughout the greater Huntsville area by leading worship for weekend services, training for worship teams, and providing custom worship experiences at youth events, women’s ministry events, and many more.

Andrea loves worshipping and writing with her husband of 12 years, Johnny. They now reside in Huntsville, Alabama and have 2 incredible boys, Avery (6) and Greyson (18 months).
